Senori (Base for Carrying Water Pot on Head)

Location: Baloch Muhalla

A Senori/ Hindori is a ring-shaped thick base used by women to carry water filled pair of pots called berlo on their head. Senori is made up of waarn (thick jute rope) in form of a ring and covered with multiple layers of cloth, further embellished with pasham, mukko (thick thread with sheen), lace and beads depending on the design.
